Our Employment Process

  • Submit your resume and basic information.
  • You will then automatically receive an email prompting you to complete the full application.
  • Answer questions covering work ethic, work experience, educational history, and expertise, including personal background, and be informed about the remaining aspects of the hiring process.
  • The hiring team sends emails conveying the interview’s outcome post-interview.

Before an offer can be extended, professional and personal references must be successfully verified. If you are then selected for a role at Hope Ignites, you will also need to complete our background screening process, which may include:

  • physical examination
  • drug screening
  • extensive background checks
  • Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
