As the year ends, we’re reflecting on the incredible potential we see every day in our scholars, and how they turn dreams into reality through support, encouragement, and opportunity. 

This year, we celebrated 109 high school graduates and 61 college graduates across our Network. Our scholars continued to succeed with 97% of our college graduates entering into jobs within their chosen career field or advanced degree programs. 

Our students couldn’t achieve this success without the support of people like you and others in our Hope Ignites community. Your generosity helps ignite success.  

We know these are challenging times, and there are many worthy causes asking for your attention. We’re grateful for your support and for believing in the power of hope to change lives. 

At Hope Ignites, scholars receive mentoring and academic support, learn life skills, and take part in transformative experiences that prepare them to succeed. That’s what makes us different: every gift helps scholars gain the support, skills, and experiences they need to succeed. With your help, we turn potential into achievement and dreams into reality.

Your Gift in Action

Every contribution helps us ignite potential: 

• $500 delivers our My Road whole-person curriculum to one scholar, providing academic enrichment, career readiness, spiritual development, and life skills. 

• $1,000 provides a transformative summer experience such as: 

• • Envision U at St. John’s University in New York– college prep, leadership, and service for rising high school seniors. 
  • Guate-Maya Service & Immersion – a cross-cultural experience in Guatemala connecting scholars across borders. 
  • Silicon Valley STEAM + Business Camp – where scholars explore innovation and network with tech professionals. 

• $2,500 funds a scholarship for a collegian, helping them become the first in their family to earn a degree. 

• $5,000 supports a collegian with a full scholarship plus mentoring, professional development, and career guidance. 

This year, your gift will go twice as far. Thanks to a generous commitment from the Valhalla Foundation, all first-time donations will be matched dollar-for-dollar, doubling the impact. 

Hope In Action

Donations help our scholars achieve their dreams.  

When Medan joined Hope Ignites Colorado, he was driven but unsure how to channel his potential. With encouragement from mentors and the My Road curriculum, he discovered his passion for data and technology. Through our partnership with World Wide Technology, he turned an internship into a full-time career.

For Alejandra, hope meant finding a place where she truly belonged.  As the daughter of immigrants and the first in her family to attend college, she found a community at Hope Ignites Southern California that celebrated her strengths and helped her overcome moments of self-doubt. With steady support and encouragement, she earned her degree and now works as a full-time paralegal in LA. 

Although their paths are unique, both Medan and Alejandra’s success stories are fueled by the generosity of donors like you.
